Thanks. From: viphone@googlegroups.com [mailto:viphone@googlegroups.com] On Behalf Of Harry Bell Sent: Sunday, December 07, 2014 6:53 AM To: Abridged Recipients Subject: [Bulk] Find My Phone I have just found a solution to something that had long puzzled me : if you have turned on Find My Phone, then if your phone software gets messed up or you get a new phone after losing your old one, you will not be able to restore from the backup on your iTunes because a pop up will tell you that you must first of all turn off Find My Phone on the old device - and this you cannot do if you cannot get into your old phone! Well, the solution is to go Online and sign in to your iCloud account and remove the old device from your Find My Phone list of devices : http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2702 Whew! I've now turned Find My Phone on for all my devices! Harry -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list. All new members to the this list are moderated by default.
