Re: Phone Not Ringing In Locked Screen

2013-10-03 Thread Chris H
Good to hear. Just to make you all aware Do not Disturb can be set on a
schedule, which can be turned on and off in the settings. The schedule
can be any time during a 24 hour period and will start and stop at these
times on a daily basis.

Good Evening! My husband has been missing some calls lately, and we were
perplexed as to why. He is running iOS 7 on an iPhone 4S. Anyway, what we
discovered is that when his screen is locked, his calls seem to be going
directly to VoiceMail rather than ringing. Does anyone have any ideas as to
what we can do to correct this? We have looked into all the settings we can
think of. Any help with this would be most appreciated!

You want to make sure the phone app is in the notification center and view in
locked screen is on. Sounds simple but worth a check.

Re: Phone Not Ringing In Locked Screen

2013-10-02 Thread Pablo Morales
Well, I noticed it, and I glad that you clarify this point. Even though, I
noticed another situation. My phone, has different ring tones, and those
ring tones are for the same contact, or for example when I receive a sms, or
email, the sound that the iPhone makes, is different.
I don't have any configuration for differents tones, for contacts. But I
would like to know if the ring tones change when the phone is locked,
playing music, or of what it depends.

I hope this is not a bug as just got my 4s yesterday and you are the
only one with this issue it seems. For now check that do not disturb is
not on. If it is then all calls unless they are in your favorites or
they repeatedly ring within about three minutes will go straight to
VoiceMail.
