The SimpliSafe security is also workable. They are strictly a wireless security company. Their box comes with a cellular connection. You program the remote via USB and then plug it into the box. There are a variety of wireless sensors you can get for it. The monitoring fee is about a third of the ripoff companies like ADT, HomeProtect, and Brinks. Hi, I have a security system from a company called protect America. They have an app called Alarm.com which does disarm and or my system if I choose to use it. I’m not sure, but I think that alarm.com app works with other alarm companies as well, but I don’t have a list of the companies.
