RE: Amazon Alexa goes to earpiece
Hi Mike, Here is the post with the instructions: Below is a post I made to the idevi...@groups.io <mailto:idevi...@groups.io> list on 8/10/21 providing a workaround correction to this issue: Abbie, The reduced Voiceover volume in the Alexa app started a few upgrades ago. To get Voiceover back, press the Home button on your SE 2020 to jump to your home screen and then return to the Alexa app using the App Switcher. Voiceover should be working correctly when you return. Then, do the following: 1. In the bottom right corner of the screen, execute the More button which is button 5 of 5 on the bottomline tool bar. 2. Swipe right on the screen that opens to Settings and double tap. 3. Swipe right on the screen that opens to Alexa app settings and double tap. 4. Swipe to Enable Alexa hands free and make sure it is turned on. After doing this, the next time you open the Alexa app, Voiceover should again be working at the correct volume level. At least it did for me after I did this. RE: Amazon Alexa goes to earpiece
Brian, Below is a post I made to the idevi...@groups.io list on 8/10/21 providing a workaround correction to this issue: Abbie, The reduced Voiceover volume in the Alexa app started a few upgrades ago. Hi. I've had this problem for several months. I get things working by getting focus away from the app and back again.
