Re: And with iTunes 12.7? Re: Using Dropbox to transfer books from computer to Iphone's Bard Mobile app?
Gerardo, I have an update on transferring Bard zipped books in a Dropbox folder to your Bard Mobile library. Instead of doing it with the Dropbox app, use the new Files app in iOS 11. Open the files app, select browse, and select Dropbox personal provided you've added Dropbox to the services recognized by Files. Navigate to the zip file you want to transfer to BARD Mobile and single finger swipe down on the screen until you hear share and double tap. A share sheet will open and swipe right until you hearcopy to Bard Mobile and then double tap. The book will be transferred to your Bard Mobile app with fewer steps than with Dropbox. Might I suggest just downloading it again from BARD? Re: Using Dropbox to transfer books from computer to Iphone's Bard Mobile app? Gerardo, I don't have any ideas for addressing your issue transferring your downloaded BARD zipped book to BARD Mobile from your Dropbox folder provided you followed the steps I posted. You can transfer a downloaded BARD book from your computer to the BARD Mobile app using iTunes 12.7 and I think it's a bit easier than under earlier versions of iTunes. Launch iTunes and connect your iPhone to your computer and place focus on your iPhone and tap enter. Navigate to the Summary tab and tap the F key to move to file sharing. Tap your F6 key and you'll jump to the file sharing portion of the screen where the apps supporting it are listed below. Tab until focus is on your list of apps and down arrow to the BARD Mobile app. Tab until the Add File has focus and press enter to navigate to the folder containing your BARD zip file. After you finish this process, the book should be in your audiobooks library within your BARD Mobile app. Good luck. It might even be ios 11.03, because I seen a few different apps that have been broken with this current update. That is really strange that you get that result with the export button. Maybe the current ios update broke something in Dropbox. Hopefully Dropbox will address this issue in a future update.
