Hi Sandy, I haven't had this problem. The keyboard is responsive when I am typing in my own text. Which iPhone are you using? I'm using a 4S. Anna, I too am using for S. But the accurate mode in Fleksy still is extremely inaccurate for me. Often I can't even seem to get a response to the letter I am touching. If I move about on the screen I find I'm deleting my previously typed text. And while I'm looking for letters, even though nothing is spoken, I still find letters are put into the text. Perhaps you, or someone, can offer me some tips as to what I'm doing wrong? Ever hopeful, Sandy. Hi Sandy, I am writing this in Fleksy. I did the salutation with the intentional mode and had a little of your issue I think. After writing the capital S for your name, when I tried to get the a, I had nothing but silence until I tapped and then flicked right and heard the wrong word and found that a letter had been entered that I did not hear. I deleted that word and tried again. The second try worked. The main difference I think between my first and second attempts was that as soon as I touched the correct letter I lifted my finger quickly. Though, having said that I cannot seen to duplicate the issue now that I am in the midst of a lengthy note. This is on an ipod touch 5th generation. I am using Fleksy in portrait mode but I don't know if that really matters. Sorry for the rambling note but I was trying to duplicate your issue and could only partly succeed in doing that. I've seen this problem, two, and the way to minimize it, at least that I have found, is to not slide your finger around on the keyboard when looking for the next letter. Instead, just place your finger as near as possible to the letter, and then lift when you reach the right one. I hope this makes some kind of sense. Basically, you just have to get as close as possible to the letter before sliding to look for it. Anyway, hope this helps. I'm still on the previous Fleksy version but I've seen Sandy's problem sporadically but not nearly to the extent she's experiencing it. I'm using an iPhone 5 and when using the accurate mode to spell out words, I use the approach mentioned by Ari: I place my finger near to where the desired letter is, slide it until VO announces the correct letter, and then lift and move to the next one and repeat. I get occasional glitches but this works correctly almost all of the time.
