Re: Is there a way to reset a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset?

2015-03-23 Thread Wren Langley
Hi, I can't always get my voice command button to work. When I first got the
headset I was playing with it quite a bit and I thought I might have messed it
up so is there a way to reset it like you can reset an iPhone or something. If
this doesn't make sense please tell me and I will try again thank you for your
help God bless, Wren Langley

Hi all, and thank you for the help. I just got a planned Tronics voyager
legend headset. I was playing with the buttons and I think I might have
messed it up I found the message that says press the answer/volume down and
voice command keys. On my legend the volume up and down is a key that you
either press up or down you don't person in on it it goes up or down I hope
that makes sense. Are the keys the same on all of the Plantronics voyager
legend headsets? Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all
so much. God bless, Wren Langley

Turn off the unit. Press together the answer/vol down and voice command

My Plantronics Voyager Legend headset seems to have died overnight. It was

Wondering if there's a way to try to reset the thing. I can't feel any

RE: Is there a way to reset a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset?

2015-03-23 Thread Kramlinger, Keith G., M.D.
Paul Porter wrote this earlier. It was the second message in this thread. I
took this to mean the button on the end of the swivel arm for the mic, and the
small button above (or below, depending on the orientation of the ear cup). It
worked for me; I may have done it after a power off then a power on before
trying the buttons. Try it both ways.. I don’t believe I used the voice down
rocker. See his message below.

Hope this helps.

Turn off the unit. Press together the answer/vol down and voice command
keys. Press for a few seconds. The unit should then work as normal.

This key combination is a bit tricky but it works.

Good luck

Subject: Is there a way to reset a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset?

Hi,

My Plantronics Voyager Legend headset seems to have died overnight. It was
working great, then, after an overnight charge, nothing nada kaput.

Wondering if there's a way to try to reset the thing. I can't feel any
small
hole anywhere into which I could stick a paper clip. If anyone knows, or
has
any suggestions, I'd be glad to hear them.

Thanks in advance. Keith

Re: Is there a way to reset a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset?

2015-03-20 Thread Wren Langley
Hi all, and thank you for the help. I just got a planned Tronics voyager legend
headset. I was playing with the buttons and I think I might have messed it up I
found the message that says press the answer/volume down and voice command
keys. On my legend the volume up and down is a key that you either press up or
down you don't person in on it it goes up or down I hope that makes sense. Are
the keys the same on all of the Plantronics voyager legend headsets? Any and
all help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all so much. God bless, Wren
Langley

not been charged. Charged it overnight... same thing. Only difference is
when I would press the call or mute button a blue light would light up on the
 back of my earpiece.
