If KNFB Reader can't read it then I doubt anything else can. You may have to use Be My Eyes or that other app (can't remember the name right now) which connects you with a real person and then show then the gift card via your phone's camera or, if you have friends or family members with iPhones just call them via Facetime and ask them to take a look. I assume you are trying to get the gift card number? iTunes gift cards do have a barcode and can be scanned with the camera, not sure if others do, but that could be an option if the company where the gift card is from offers the option to redeem the card in an app or online using the camera.
