Hi,

 

Probably just because the Android version has not been out very long.  If you 
remember, after it came out for IOS they also had a big discount that has never 
come back since.

I'm not sure how this will work with the sale, but you can buy something 
on the Play Store and download it to your device later. In fact, it'll 
be downloaded and installed for you automatically.
