Hi guys, as far as I understand, there are words on top and bottom, with  a 
picture in the center of the card. For example, it may say fuel truck at the 
top and bottom, and there is a picture of a fuel truck in the center of the 
card.

I think you mean the Seeing AI app, don’t you? So do you mean that the picture is not upside down, or do you mean that you 
want to be sure that you are brailleing the front rather than the back of the 
card?  
You could use the seeing eye app.  That has a short text and a document feature 
and its free.

Playing cards are right way up either way. the images are such that which ever 
way you hold them they are right way up.
That is why if you purchase a deck of cards already brailled, they are brailled 
on the top left corner either way you hold them.
