RE: Voice Dream Scanner Impressed Me
It impresses me too, but I’d like remedial guidance with this. Sometimes I get the result I want, sometimes I don’t get the whole page. I tend to scan single sheets when I need to sign something and then return the document. I don’t use a stand. I turn edge detection on even though the cryptic manual doesn’t seem to imply that it is necessary. Then I try to listen for the strongest tone. Are there any other tricks to it. Also, and less important, I tried scanning a book page with it and unless I hear differently, I’ll stay with my flatbed for that, which I do less and less anyway.
