no it's going to say buddy message whether you receive a standard SMS message or an I Message unless as was mentioned earlier you are in a group message setting. Ray T. I am so glad for this thread! I don't know that got enabled without my knowledge but a while back my phone started saying what I thought was "bloody message" and I wonder4ed if I had inadvertently installed a British English voice or something. Then I had to wonder just when AT&T 411 information became my "buddy" So is IMessage turned on the default setting now?
