RE: how do you set the phone to stay in portrait? mode

2014-06-26 Thread Jennie Facer
Hi,

Unfortunately, the control center is the only place you can lock the phone.
If you touch the status bar which is at the very top of your phone with one
finger, then 3 finger swipe to the bottom, you will get to the control
center. There is a lock orientation in here. You want it checked.

Hello, I think portrit mode is what I want, I get a bit confused between it,
and landscape. I was working with a text message and the phone said button
was to the right. I used to have it locked, so I didn't have to worry about
how I moved the phone. I hope this makes sense. LOL! If anyone can tell me
how to lock it, or check if it's locked, I'd greatly appreciate it! If it's
in the control center, I can't get that to work, swiping three fingers
toward the top of the screen from the bottom.
