Given all the negative press and overall uproar Apples gift of the U2 album has 
caused, a simple Google search for Removing U2 album from iTunes yielded the 
exact instructions. Just send your friend the following link, it's like 1, 2, 3 
and Done.

How do I make this happen so when she gets the link from me she can open 
it and use it?

What I mean is how can I make it so when she gets the link from me.
She can then open the link and follow the instructions that are in the 
link that you sent me?
