Hi,
I opened the watch app in 13.4 on my 11 pro max,
No issue and that included working around different features of the watch app.
I've also had my watch s4 updated as well,
Possibly something to look at and yeah I know whtats scratching at dark places.

I solved this by turning off smart invert colours on my iPhone! Puxxling. Do
report the issue and solution to Apple!
