I agree that Nivilens is meant for this. You can print off your own set labels 
or contact them about having your building labelled.  I listened to an Eyes on 
success podcast that interviewed a teacher at a school for the blind where the 
students labelled many aspects of the building.

One thing you can do, which does not answer your question and that you may 
already use, is Compass. That is helpful in an open lobby for sure.

I do not know what it costs for a building/office to have their office mapped 
by them, but they have, in my opinion, the best approached right now since it
