RE: not being notified of all text messages
Actually I cannot. I can't toggle from speed to tone, which I never do, which is why I didn't notice it, but I still should have checked myself. I can adjust the speed though, which is more important to me. This is with the commercial release of the app. I'll check later when I get IOS 17.1 installed to see if anything changes. -- Christopher (AKA CJ) =>÷ Chaltain at Outlook, USA -Original Message- From: M. RE: not being notified of all text messages
Hello, Okay, I was going to update to iOS 17.1 when released but after hearing about the text notification bug, I am sticking with iOS 16.7 until someone on this list can confirm that this particular bug has been squashed. Not only if the notification bug at issue but there is a serious bug with the BARD app in iOS 17 concerning playback speed and tone control. Since I use the BARD mobile app on a daily basis and given that I have not yet taken the plunge in iOS 17, I'll just hold off for now. So, after 17.1 is released, all feedback on what, if any, issues have been resolved will be greatly appreciated. Make sure you haven't accidently muted certain conversations. Re: not being notified of all text messages
Hi, Sadly I haven't a solution but I can confirm that I've experienced this also and you're right it's positively maddening and there seems to be no rhyme, reason or pattern of causality to it. I know that doesn't help and I'm sorry but you're not the only one. Take good care, Robin On 10/22/2023 10:55 AM, Ryan Mann wrote: I am running iOS 17.03 on an iPhone XR.
