yes I have been all over that rivo site, also I do have a text version of it's 
full manual. it does mention key combos for switching from earphone mic to rivo 
mic. it is supposed to vibrate once when it is in rivo mic. however it doesn't

  What do you have for settings in Rivo Settings.  If Siri will hear you from 
the phone microphone, then I'd question what Rivo has in it's device settings 
for Siri.  Without knowing much about this device, it's hard to say if Rivo 
will let you use the microphone if the phone will.  It's definitely something 
in the Rivo settings that is stopping the Rivo microphone from activating siri. 
 I wish I could be of more help here.  Have you tried contacting customer 
service at Rivo to see if they can help you?  Good luck.

What do you have for settings in Rivo Settings.  If Siri will hear you 
from the phone microphone, then I'd question what Rivo has in it's 
device settings for Siri.  Without knowing much about this device, it's 
hard to say if Rivo will let you use the microphone if the phone will.  
It's definitely something in the Rivo settings that is stopping the Rivo 
microphone from activating siri.  I wish I could be of more help here.

Is the setting for Siri to listen turned on?  If you have had an Apple 
Update reasonly this may have been turned off.  I'd check that setting 
to start with.

hi jenny alan here. I have an issue with it's mic. I can have the phone 
communicate with the rivo however, when I use the mic to ask siri things, it 
doesn't hear it. I would think, in audio mode, the mic should work. does it 
require headphones be connected or should it work by default? I have the se2020
