Hi Paula. First, if you’re using Voiceover Clock, and I mention this, because it’s called Voice Clock on the home screen, flick up and down on the option you found until you get it to 15 minutes.
Second, if you have it set for every fifteen minutes, it stops after 64 times, or 16 hours. It doesn’t restart. If you don’t want it to do that, it has to be set for every 30 minutes at a minimum. I’m using Voiceover Clock, and it works well for me. It may not announce the time as often as I like, but I can live with half an hour announcements. Have a blessed day and don’t work too hard.
