I use it at work. I usually use JAWS and Chrome, and I find it 
accessible although a bit tedious at times. There's a link or button 
near the top that says something like press enter here to read this 
document with your screen reader. Once I tap on that, I can arow down 
through the document, read it, fill in what needs to be filled in and 
take action on the buttons where I need to do something. Like I said, 
it's all doable, but I have to take my time, and I do find it a bit 
tedious. It is better then printing it though and getting sighted help 
to sign and scan it.

Our real estate agent used doc you sign when we sold our house. The problem is 
that the documents are not accessible. I had to get a sighted person to help me 
read the documents and then sign electronically. If anyone else has had 
experience making it accessible, I would be curious how they did it.
