You can't. If you really want to save books, it is best to download from the computer and transfer them to BARD that way, leaving copies on the computer. You can add to iTunes and transfer that way. Or you can just do what I do, download them again when I want them--but I d have some saved to the computer so I can play them on my NLS player. If you have drop box, you can also put the nlsbard book in your drop box and put it on your phone from that app too. You have to have the book zipped. You might want to open the books while you have a connection because they need to activate with Bard before they'll play.
