Hi all and thank you for the help. I have a main folder of music and there
are folders with in the folder. Can I copy the main folder to the clipboard
and paste it into iTunes, and will it all be in the same order? If this can
be done I need step-by-step instructions please. A lot of the albums have
songs on them the other albums have, but I want to keep everything on each
album as it is. If I copy and paste the folder into iTunes will iTunes leave
all of the things as they are? I know that sometimes iTunes has told me that
there are duplicate songs. I have never used iTunes that much, so I know
very little about it. Thank you all again very much for the much appreciated
help. All of the music is on my computer, and I want to put the music on my
iPad. God bless, Wren Langley

Hello,

In iTunes Preferences, on the Advanced tab, is a check box called Keep
iTunes folder organized. If you uncheck this, your folder structure won't
be changed when you add the folder to your iTunes library.

Hi,

You can add the iTunes folder again, and it will update the library to add any
new content you've put in since the last time.
