I received my new SE today and I ‘m wondering if I can turn the phone on, do 
the triple click home key for Voice over and do the rest of the set up myself? 
I see nothing, so before I even turn it on I would like to know if this is 
possible? if not I will wait for sighted help.

Hi Dave,

You can turn on the phone, wait a couple of minutes to be sure it's finished 
booting up, press Home once to unlock the phone, then press Home three times 
quickly to turn on VoiceOver. You can then follow the prompts and set up the 
phone. If you are new to iOS devices and need to enter a long password to use 
your Wi-Fi network, though, you will probably want to wait for sighted help, 
since typing is tricky at first. But if you have experience with iOS devices, 
you should be able to set up your phone independently.
