RE: Pairing Plantronics edge with watch

2016-04-22 Thread Kramlinger, Keith G., M.D.
I first paired my Edge with my phone, and it worked. Than I paired my watch.
Then only the Watch worked, the 2 didn't work together. I was preparing to call
Plantronics support the next day, and thought I'd double check it before
calling, and both were working with Edge. Dunno what happened. Maybe cycling
off the Edge a few times allowed it all to get sorted out.

Subject: Re: Pairing Plantronics edge with watch

I kept getting a message saying my iWatch was paired with another device. At
first, I thought it may be trying to connect to my wife's iPhone but that
couldn't be the case because she still has her iPhone 4. I then selected the
Mickey Mouse face because I didn't want to hear seconds count. I could connect
my iPhone 5s and I could get my phone to go through my Voyager Legend but not
my iWatch. I kept getting that message that my iWatch was connected to another
device. I couldn't find any other devices in the Bluetooth app. My wife
suggested I let my iWatch go totally dead. I thought that was completely nuts.
On the other hand, I knew it could be done as she told me one of the doctors
at work had his iWatch and iPhone connected to his ear peace so I figured I
already had nothing to lose so I let my watch go down to 0 percent. I then let
both my iPhone and watch charge over night. The next morning, my iWatch
connected perfectly ok. The only thing I can figure out is the two were
actually in range. So now that I have my iPhone 5s and iWatch both running
through my Plantronics Legend the way I want it, I'm not messing with it again.
LOL!

Re: Pairing Plantronics edge with watch

2016-04-21 Thread Nancy Badger
OK, so I figured out how to pair my phone with my Plantronics ads. I also
figured out how to pair my watch with my Plantronics at. However, when one gets
paired the other one gets turned off. Is there a way to have both of them
tiered at the same time? That is what I've been trying to do. Thanks in advance
for any help.
