I don't scroll with Netflix much because the app is not very good with
VoiceOver.
I suspect that is an app issue, not an iOS version issue.
Try, though, contacting Netflix.
I've voiced my issues with them, so maybe if lots of folks do, something might
change

hi, when I use the Netflix app on my phone, and I am scrolling through the
various shows and previews. It seems like it is randomly reading me quotes from
the various shows. Does anyone else have this happen and is there anyway to
stop it? If I am trying to hear what a show is about, it keeps interrupting
with quotes from it or another show.
