If you are not already doing so, I suggest that you wear an ear piece or headset when you are doing this. It makes it easier for you to hear and understand both Voiceover and the audio menu that you are trying to respond to. If you call and your keyboard is hidden, tap in that area and you can then dial numbers for the touchtone menu. Also, if you know what numbers you need to dial, you can set up a contact and place a few commas as pauses after the regular number and before the numbers you want the phone to dial after the number is answered. After you dial the number, the fourth tab over on the bottom, kind of just to the left of the music player on what would be your home screen is the Keypad tab. If you call and your keyboard is hidden, tap in that area and you can then dial numbers for the touchtone menu. Also, if you know what numbers you need to dial, you can set up a contact and place a few commas as pauses after the regular number and before the numbers you want the phone to dial after the number is answered. Use speakerphone or, better still, a headset (such as the Earbuds your phone probably came with). Either works, but I find it easier to hear VO's speech when using a headset.
