Hi Melissa, in Twitter for iPhone, you can manage lists, but not create them. I create my lists using the Qube on my PC, which is by far my preferred means of accessing Twitter, because I have a template I've customised that speeds me way up. It looks like you can't actually create lists in Tweetlist either.
