So, once you forget then re-pair wiht your keyboard, you should at least

I was getting double characters when I pasted text in using Tye2Phone in iOS 9, 
but I'm not having that problem with 9.0.1, so I do think they fixed at least 
some issues with Bluetooth keyboards.
