Re: iTunes Match Dilemma

2014-11-30 Thread Kelly Pierce
do the downloaded files remain on your iPhone? Realize that streaming
media has to create a file on a device so software can play it. These
temporary files are typically deleted when the program or app is
closed or the device turned off.

 Hi Everyone

I have iTunes Match and each time I play a song by double tapping the song
title, the song appears to download even though I am extremely careful not
to touch the download button. Can anyone tell me why this is happening? In
most cases, I want to stream my music. I thought that that was at least one
reason for paying for the service in the first place--to have a choice
whether or not to stream! Am I missing some setting perhaps?
 Thanks for any suggestions!

2014-11-30 Thread Destene Noller
Hi Kelly,

The files seem to stay there unless I physically delete them, and the songs are
there if I turn off show all.
