Re: major problem with the linked in app

2017-08-30 Thread akhilesh
Hi Jed,
difficult to identify the exact cause surrounding the issue that
you're facing. I got rid of the same problem by reinstalling the ap.
If you can figure it out with the help of a sighted person. See if it
works without voiceover.

Hey guys. This problem has me absolutely baffled, and it makes no
logical sense. So if i click on any of my messages, it appears to
dump me out of the app.. I can not figure it out. I've been doing
this for years, and haven't changed a thing. When i double tap a
message, it dumps me back out to the page where the linkedin app is.
Any ideas guys? Even after re-installing the app, this happens.

Re: major problem with the linked in app

2017-08-28 Thread Jed Barton
Hey there. Well, i've been using this app for years, literally. I
was literally messaging someone this afternoon with no problem. I've
tried everything, and it just dumps me out of the app, or atleast it
appears to. When i click on a message it puts me back on the page
from where i launched the linked in app. However, the app is still
open if i go to the app switcher. It only flips out when i click on a
message. this came out of nowhere, literally. Any ideas?

This problem happens to me sometimes with another app, a podcatcher. When I
mentioned it to the developer, he told me that he could reproduce it when
using VoiceOver, and that it was an Apple bug. (It had to do with the
presence or detection of an onscreen ad. Not his exact words.)
