I am still running IOS 8.3 and this happens sporadically. One day it is all 
there and some days it is not. It might possibly be a problem with the 
weather provider.

Hi,
I have found that some cities or locations do not have any details listed for 
some reason. I remember thinking something was wrong, and then, I switched to a 
different city, and all the details were there.
