Hi Gary, I don’t see this at all. Double tapping shift capitalizes the next letter for me, triple tapping turns caps lock on and a double tap turns it off again. Maybe see if turning off your phone for 30 seconds and turning it back on will resolve this. Hi, if you are using touch typing, after triple tapping on the shift key, to take it off caps lock, just touch and release the shift. To capitalize one letter, just touch and release the shift key, type your letter and the next letter will be lower case.
