Hi,
I can confirm that this is happening here as well. I’ve contacted via twitter
and email and am still awaiting a reply. I do hope push notifications will
resurrect one Day and in the meanwhile am very glad that Parcel App from Ivan
Pavlov still pushes quite nicely.

Since updating to IOS 10 the ship rack notifications has stopped. The only
way to obtain delivery updates is to actually go into the app and tap on
refresh. Has anyone else had this issue? I did email the developers but have
