ShipRack Help

I've been using shiprack for a while but here lately I am no longer
receiving notifications when status changes. I've checked shiprack's
settings and everything seems to be set correctly. I've also check under
settings/notifications and shiprack is set to receive notices. Is anyone
else who is using shiprack experiencing the same problem?

Hi,
I'm monitoring a package right now through shipRack, Parcel and Posted.  the 
former seem pretty comparable with issuing timely push notifications for 
this particular UPS package. Although it claims to be capable of doing so 
I've never had a push notification from Posted just as an aside.  Does your 
package's status show as having changed from within the app?
What version of device and OS is this on?  Perhaps a note to them might be 
in order.
