Yes, I am experiencing this same problem. And a sighted person has told me that when I double tap the actions button, the different actions are there, but VoiceOver will not read them. I contacted Tonido through their Facebook page and they said they did not make any changes that should result in this. I of course told them that something was changed as now all I can do with the app is see what files I have, that I can not do anything else with any of it.
