Great.

I figured any variation on that sentence would work.
Enjoy,

Okay, I got it to work with one command. After invoking Alexa, I said, Open
MLB and play the New York Yankees game. That did it. Thanks.

What I said, but you probably missed the quotes, so I will use the word quote.
Tell your Sonos, quote Ask MLB audio to play the Chicago cubs game unquote.
That assumes you have enabled the MLB skill which it sounded like you had.

You are right, I missed the quotes. Since the Cubs do not play until this
evening, (ESPN game), I’ll try it with another team. Definitely sounds like
this will be easier than what I’ve been doing and it may start the feed more
quickly. Thanks.

With MLB audio, and an alexa or google device, you can just ask it to "ask mlb
to play the Chicago Cubs game" in one sentence.

Hi Fred,
Thank you for pointing out the lack of radio feeds. I have encountered other

logging in which was required by the update for all devices used. I received
error messages after typing in my password. What I did not realize was that
after typing in the password, you had to choose the Done Button before trying
to log in. Also, the first game in the schedule does not provide the names of
the teams. One positive is that VoiceOver no longer speaks information once the
feed starts playing. One option we have for now is you can play the radio feed
through the MLB app if you have an Alexa or Google-enabled speaker. You say
“open MLB.” Then after an introductory message, you say”play and the name of
the team. Often, in my case, it’s Play the Chicago Cubs. I do find that on my
Amazon Fire TV, the TV and the cable box both need to be off for this to work.
This does not substitute for using the MLB TV app, and I will certainly contact
MLB about this and the other issues I referenced above. Thanks again for
bringing this to our attention.
Best Regards,

Les

All: The latest update of the Apple TV version of MLB offers no radio feeds. I
called them this afternoon to ask that they be restored because I often will
listen to games through my Apple TV while doing other things with my phone. If
you have the same concern please call MLB at: 866-800-1275.
Thanks for your support.
