Re: VoiceOver help mode
The vo-k or space-k has been. I am certain that the four-finger double tap is new as of iOS7, though. There has always been a practice mode, but you had to go into the VoiceOver settings to find it. RE: VoiceOver help mode
Hi Alex, That gesture has been there I think as long as I have had an iDevice which means since iOS version 4. If it wasn't in version 4 then it definitely was in iOS 5. Re: VoiceOver help mode
Wow Chris. Thanks for introducing me to that gesture. Didn't know that until now. Re: VoiceOver help mode
This is a new, very welcome feature in iOS7. It is similar to vo-k on a bluetooth keyboard, or space-k on a braille keyboard. VoiceOver help mode
I apologize if this is already common knowledge, but I just use a four finger double tap and stumbled upon VoiceOver help mode. Do a four finger double tap, go into help mode, and then VoiceOver will tell you what each gesture will do. A scrub or four finger double tap will take you out of help mode. -- Christopher (CJ) chaltain at Gmail -- The following information is important for all members of the viphone list.
