There are higher end exercise bikes that have Bluetooth connectivity to iPhones. How accessible the app is I don't know. I'd call around to some stores that sell exercise equipment and find out which ones have Bluetooth and see if you couldn't install the app and go to the store and test it out with one of their floor models. Of course, someone on this list may have one and will chime in.
