Janet, Photos is on my Home Page. However, I would guess that if your font is set very small, that could cause an issue. However, if this was a screenshot from a web page, it could be the web page font at fault. I'd leave it to the person you send it to to figure out and let you know if the font size is an issue. If you increase your font, you might not get everything you want in the picture. My experience here, especially with Lyft, is that the driver cancels and there is no record of the trip. They really make it look as though it never happened. I did discover that apparently Uber does have some record of trip. Thanks for help. I think I have gotten as close as I can to accessing these shots. There is no maximizing of screens on the iPhone, Also, just as a suggestion, if you are using the screenshots that specifically for Lyft and Uber, it's always good to mention this in the first place so you get relevant responses. Just curious though, if you book a ride with Lyft or Uber, you already have a record of it in the app even if the driver cancels. When this happened to me once in Calgary I had no issues getting a refund, I had ordered the ride and a few minutes prior to arrival I texted the driver that I was blind and had a guide dog and to please alert me when he arrived. Seconds later the driver cancelled the trip which obviously was because he now found out I had a dog and didn't want to deal with that. When taking a screenshot of a website, email etc keep in mind that to capture all of the info you want to share, you will need to take the first screenshot, go into the photos app, find the screenshot, view/listen to the last line captured in the screenshot, return to the source & scroll up with the next page in view. Make sure that screen curtain is off.DonnaI believe you will find that the photos app is actually better at finding screenshots.
