Jed, bookshare does not provide human narrated books.



If you only want books that are in the public domain there are several free 
resources out there.  I think if you search for free audio books, you will 
probably find several.



If you want newer books, then The National Library Service, BARD Download is 
the best.  They are getting more commercially recorded books and so it doesn't 
take so many months or years to get a newer audio book wit human narration.



Otherwise, you have to buy them.

Libro.fm www.libro.fm<http://www.libro.fm> is one good source.  They allow you 
to download books as mp3 files so you can play them on anything.



Audible, www.audible.com<http://www.audible.com> is another but you can only 
use the audible app.  They have some books that are exclusive to them so 
Libro.fm cannot get those titles.
