Hi Larry,
I’ve had that problem on my iPhone 4S a couple of times. I corrected it by
first restarting the phone, connecting it to my PC, and opening iTunes. I
did not try to sync the phone. I waited about thirty seconds and
disconnected the phone. When I opened the app store on my phone again, the
updates displayed normally. I hope this helps.

3. pressed the update button on those and they seem to roll onto the
device all right.
The App Store still comes up in the update screen but never displays all
apps ared up to date.
