I thought she was trying to locate an update for an app she had already downloaded. In that case, double-tapping My Account workd be the first step after opening the app store.

Hi.
In the App Store, go to the search tab at the bottom of the screen and be able 
to double tap on the search box to type the app you are looking for. Hope this 
helps.

Here is how to find an app in the App Store:

1. Launch App Store either with Siri or find it on your Home Screen.
2. At the bottom right of the screen, there is a search tab that you need to
