iCloud backup problems
Hello all, is anybody having problems backing up to iCloud. My last backup was on 14 Feb. I have been trying manual backups but I only get to about 50% and that has taken over an hour today to get that far. My phone is an iPhone6 16gb. I have about 7gb free on the phone so there is not much to backup. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks for any advice. Hi, Turn off iCloud backup and back your phone up to your computer. Then turn iCloud backup back on and try backing up again. When I had a similar problem, those steps fixed it.
