Hi, have you tried the Alexa enabled speakers?
they are accessible and they could work as a loudspeaker if you connect your 
iPhone via Bluetooth.

Do any of you know of an app that will open the mic on an
Iphone and then let you hear it on either earphones or
preferably a bluetooth speaker?  I am looking to use it as a
baby monitor for our very young grandson.  I have an app that is
a baby monitor but it has stopped working and I can't figure out
why.  It also requires the internet but I realized if I could
find something like this then the internet wouldn't be needed.
