The odd thing is that all the music was mp3 before loading to icloud. Guess I could delete it from the phone, then download from icloud and see what happens. music format question
Hi all, I’ve subscribed to itune match and placed all my music on the cloud. Most of my music is from sources other than the itunes, so I do understand that the upload to the cloud converted the music. I uploaded from a windows pc. Now, all the music shows up on my mac and also my iphone, however, the music i uploaded from the non-itunes sources is now showing up as drm. It was my understanding that the music was converted to mp3 when downloaded to the phone, but this doesn’t seem to be happening. The reason this is an issue for me is that I like to use muxica on the phone, but can’t for most of the music because muxica won’t play drm files.
