I do not know what you have access to where you live, but Audible sells audio
books in English unless you don’t have access to them.
In the United States we have the National Library Service for the Blind and
Physically Handicapped, but I suspect that is only for citizens of the United
States.
You might check with your local library and see if they have an agreement with
another country to get audio books in English.
Maybe someone else knows more.

Ik would like to know if there is an English or American library on line for
blind people where we can listen to audiobooks? In Belgium and The Netherlands
we have good libraries, but they only have dutch books. I also would like to
read in English.
