Hello: As per my experience, ringtones that I've purchased stay in iTunes but I must manually sync them to a new phone. I would know as I've had to replace my iPhone 5S three times now. LOL. Hi Billy, If you Google something like Redownloading ringtones purchased from iTunes you will find forum discussions which seem to indicate that for some reason and unlike apps, ringtones cannot be downloaded again. I would, however, write an email to iTunes Store support and simply explain that you are upgrading your phone, that you purchased ringtones and that you are not using iTunes because you have an older computer and screenreader. Ask them if there is a way to get your ringtones back.
