This is great, thank you so much, Paul.

I had no idea this was possible.  I had to turn it off on the menus because a 
bunch of channels had no sound, some that never did that before and were my 
favorites but it appears that is what happens with no description or Spanish, 
so I had to turn it all off and go without description

So I am thrilled I  can get it back when I want it, but yes Monica is right, 
Uverse needs to get with it and get accessible boxes.

I’ve ben preaching that sermon to them since I got them, I did the same with  
Time Warner and I’ll continue to nag till it happens, grin.

Hi Larry, I use both the Easy Remote app and the main UVerse app. The latter 
has some minor issues but is mostly accessible. For instance, if I want to 
search for a show on a specific day, sometimes I have a little problem finding 
the button to do this and just small problems with the pickers. However, this 
isn’t predictable. I ight go in there this afternoon and it work fine. I say 
that to say that this might not be accessibility; it could be a slight bug in 
the app, IOS, or VO; I’m just not sure. Give them a whirl; in my opinion, they 
are worth it. I think what UVerse has tried to do is wonderful, but I think 
they need accessibility in their boxes like Comcast. There are some folks who 
don’t have or want an IOS or Android phone. Lol, yeh, I really do know some. 
But some want it and just think they can’t afford it.

I use the uverse app as well, but how can you turn on audio description with 
it, I have not seen that feature.
