I was wondering if anyone had used iBooks with a braille display. I have US
English selected, and I am having problems with the spacing being funny between
words looking different. Also, when I turn pages, the display doesn’t land on
the first line of the next page. It lands a couple of lines over. And when I
select an article from the table of contents, or chapter, it seems to get stuck
on the area where the text of the page is, and I can’t pan the display backward
or forward. This is the only reading app I am seeing these problems. Instead of
English US braille, it looks like I am getting unified English. Strange. And I
was one of those unlucky ones who had my iPhone broken when attempting to
update it yesterday. Thank God for iTunes and the restore feature. Also, did
they really have to make a third page to add a search field? Can’t we just open
up spotlight search if we want?
