I have seen this with various books. What you can do is log onto BookShare via Safari and download it that way. it could be that a format is not supported by VDR that it sees but the site will let you change the format. Click on the Add button at the top lefthand corner of the screen. Then, a list of the various options for locating reading material will appear. Find BookShare, double tap, and you'll reach a screen where there's a seaarch box near the top. Type in the title of the book you are looking for, or look through the various other caategories that are listed there. When you find the book, the download button is at the top righthand corner. Sadly sometimes this occurs in all of our cases. Sometimes if you search for the title of the book you will find it with a download link.
